Remote Install Option's
Purchase as an add on with any of
our Package Systems
Install-1 - $49.95
Includes:
- Install-1 Remote Install
- When this option is selected, our experienced technicians will
connect in to your system on the phone and over your broadband
internet connection once the DVR Card Hardware is installed in your
PC. The Technician will perform the full software installation and
configuration for you while giving you a full tutorial of the
software features and setup. Install-1 includes basic software
configuration and setup. Total Time for Install-1 - 30 min.
Install-2 - $99.95
Includes:
- Install-2 Remote Install + Network
- The Install-2 remote setup with networking includes the basic
setup from Install-1 above, plus the configuration of your Router to
forward ports to allow you to remotely access your cameras.
Install-2 is NOT required for remote access, you would just have to
contact your Internet Service Provider to get assistance with
forwarding the ports. Install-2 simply allows our technicians to set
it up for you over your broadband internet connection. Total Time
for Install-2 - 45 min.
Note: When "Install-1" or "Install-2" Options are selected, you will
receive a certificate with your DVR Card, with a number to call to schedule your
Connection to one of our Service Technicians.
